Shipping policy

All packages are shipped UPS Ground. If you have a preference, your request must be added to the notes section of your PO. We are able to ship via your UPS account number, simply add your information to the notes of your PO or email kinseydesignsar@gmail.com to request shipment via account number. Kinsey Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to the fault of the delivery service. If you would like your package insured, please let your representative know at the time you place your order. If you would like to add shipping insurance or add a declared value to your shipment, this must also be added to the notes of your PO or emailed to kinseydesignsar@gmail.com at the time of order. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to review the shipping address listed on the original PO. If the address is incorrect, please email Kinsey Designs or your corresponding showroom to correct the error.
